These are trying times as we are trying to protect our associates and our customers as much as possible and at the same time stay open and be able to reasonably serve you. You can help us by bringing your own pen if possible, handling your credit card, bringing your own gloves and hand sanitizer if you have them, (supplies are very limited) and limit your time in the store as we don't have a huge space. Our business hours will be updated as needed in our store page.
You may drop your water test bottle and wait in your car. We'll call you when it's your turn. We encourage using our new water test appointment. You can schedule an appointment in the store section of our website.
You can also drop your water off and we will test it and notify you (usually next day )You can pay for the chemicals or anything else you need remotely and pick up curbside.
If you know what you need you can use our web chat on this website to order something and you can pick up at curbside.
Our associates have been briefed and instructed to use caution when in contact with our customers and use all necessary precautions like gloves and sanitizers when able to and also use common sense.
We ask that you are patient with us as we are trying to operate under these difficult conditions. Shortages in labor and supplies can and probably will happen so try not to wait the last minute if you know you need something.
Our service department is already overwhelmed so we may be experiencing delays there. Please schedule a service as early as you know you need it.
